Guest guest
Hello, ! Although (or is it my ISP?) has been acting up a bit lately for me, I have been getting your posts, even if they are a few days late. And I do check the Web and they are always there. I'm sorry it took me so long to write back - I'm way behind in my email! Thanks for all of your kind words. I really appreciate them and you. I'm so very glad that we've met. Sorry that you've had such a bad 2001 and that your body hasn't been cooperating recently. September 11th has affected so many of us in various and profound ways. I can't fully imagine what it must be like for you and a few others here who know people who died that day. I'm remembering your friends the s. I think it's great that you've gone back to school. Don't worry about what you will or will not do with the degree - just getting it is an accomplishment in itself. I hope the weather can improve and that you and your father can feel better soon. Guest guest
Hi : Thank you for your reply and your kind words. I am doing as well as I can. I recently had an MRI of the lumbar spine which has provided me with some answers as to why I have such extreme pain in my back and legs. I have Degenerative Disk Disease and Moderate Foraminal Spinal Stenosis. My Doctor said surgery would help but he doesn't think I am a candidate for it. He said I also need surgery on my left shoulder because I have a torn rotator cuff, which is also very painful. It is very swollen. He said it is blown out. Also, I have been having some trouble walking due to all of this and the Asthma doesn't help either. I went to school last semester but I am not going this semester. I decided due to the difficulties I am having and the cold weather I would take off. I will go back in the summer and then next Sept. I have 5 more courses to go to get my BSN degree. I recently got a great new bed, called a tempur pedic bed. It is so wonderful and I have no pain while I am sleeping now. It is expensive but I am paying it on time. It has a pressure relieving, pain relieving mattress. I can finally sleep and that has helped a lot. Well, that is all for now. I promise to keep in touch. You are terrific . You and a are special people. Thank you for all the help you have given me. Sincerely, Colletti Anjillah@...

Guest guest
, Always look forward to your posts. Sorry that you are having problems with the body and this lovely disease, but it sounds like you have a GREAT bed which should make things a little easier on your back. Take the time between semesters to get you back to YOU. A torn rotator cuff is very painful and if you have the surgery, it is a long road back. Hang in there and try to stay warm and safe this winter..... Gentle, tender, winter wonderland angel hugs, Debs in FL
