Gluten-Free Bread Recipe

Hi lie,thanks so much for all the helpful tips on making gluten free bread.

I tried it once in my bread machine and ended up with my hands in the

pan,pulling out all this wet dough. You really had to laugh because my hands are

very crippled and I couldn't get the wet sticky stuff from the palms of my

hands. The phone rang and I had to pick it up and now the phone was covered. I

grabbed a towel and then my other hand stuck to the towel. At this point Don

came in and said, " what exactly are you trying to do? "

Now that I have all your information and know what to expect,I will try again.
