Guest guest
Wow June, I can just imagine the mess, and the difficulty cleaning it up! I know about the hand problem--I have trouble loading and unloading clothes from my washer. If I could get a new one, it would be a front-loader. Seems like I'm always banging my hands and it HURTS! I got the basis of my recipe from the Red Star Yeast site. They have a " brown and white gluten-free bread recipe. " I'll bet it's good too. I worked from that using higher protein flours, because as a diabetic, high carbs are a big problem. I sent my recipe to a representative at the Red Star site, and she said she'd be trying it out possibly as early as February. Gluten free flours are way higher in carbohydrates than wheat flour. We diabetics who are also intolerant of gluten really need a lower carb, if not to say high protein, good-tasting bread. lie
