Guest guest
Hi Col I'm going into week 6, this is my first challenge. I just wrote out my workout for tomorrow morning and I'm sitting here having my last meal for the night. Dh will be home tomorrow, so I get to sleep in a bit. Normally I try to be in bed by 10, and that needs to be adjusted pronto--I'm thinking 9 or 9:30 would work better for me. Anyway... I don't have the inches in front of me, but I'm down 5 lbs already and one dress size (size 8 to 6). I can tell by the way my jeans fit that I've lost a significant amount of inches. What's going on with you? Is this your first challenge? - " Out of clutter, find Simplicity. From discord, find Harmony. In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity. Please let me how much fat you lost and/or inches in your first 12 week challenge? Thanks Col
Guest guest
Hi Col, I followed the BFL to a Tee and I didn't lose much the first 6 weeks. I lost most of my 30 lbs in the latter weeks. During my second challenge, I was stuck in a plateau for 8 weeks and whoosh I lost 15 lbs. Hang in there... Hope this helps, Need a little motivation right NOW > > > Need a little motivation right now...having hard time staying focused. > Please let me how much fat you lost and/or inches in your first 12 week > challenge? > > Thanks > Col > > > > > >
