I dislike cottage cheese and eat ricotta cheese instead. They have

just about the same nutrient content. Also fat free Greek yogurt is

high in protein. I think a 6-8oz container has 13grams of protein.

Pretty high fo yogurt but stick with fat free or lite because full fat

is truly full of fat. I like the texture of Greek yogurt as well -

more like a thick custard.

Check out different brands - WORLD of difference! I really like the

Knudsen brand, cannot stomache most others. Fat content varies

flavor too - some brands of fatfree are like flavorless wallpaper

paste while even eating them at 1% fat makes a big difference. Dont

like the curds? Then hide them in a blender shake or protein pudding

etc - you'll never even know it has cottage cheese in it. My

daighter protested she hated cottage cheese and I slipped her some

chocolate protein pudding made with instant fatfree pudding/cottage

cheese, skim milk and she didnt know the difference and said no way!

when I told her it had cottage cheese in it :-)

You can blend nearly a half cup of cottage cheese in with your Myoplex

or protein shake and you won't be able to taste it. It will add to the

thickness of the shake. Mixed with vanilla Myoplex it gives a slight

cheesecake-y taste. I do this every morning for breakfast and it gives

me a huge dose of protein first thing.
