" Aqua Arthritis Classes in a warm-water therapy pool help increase range

of motion of the joints and strengthen the muscles by using water for

resistance. Classes are 40 minutes long and are available at both Centre

Clubs. Centre Club, 200 W. Golf Rd., Libertyville or 1405 Hunt Club Rd.,

Gurnee. The cost per monthly session is $63 for two classes per week and

$91 for three classes per week. Class size is limited. Call 990-5770
