Homemade Protein Bars (I need a tried and true recipe)

So I made some protein bars last week and they taste okay, but are not

firm. I mean, I can't eat it like a bar because the consistency is

more like a VERY THICK oatmeal. Does anyone have any tried and true

recipes for a firm, transportable protein bar (so I can eat them at

school)? I'm trying to make my own bars instead of using the myoplex

ones. Thanks!

Oh, here was the recipe I used in case you are interested:

Gooey Protein Bars:

240 g of whey protein (about 9 scoops of Designer whey)

3 Cups oats

2 Cup cold skim milk

1/4 of small box vanilla fat free pudding

Some cinnamon

Some nutmeg

Angostura bitters

Vanilla abstract
