Thanks . This has been very interesting, and I'm sure will

change the way I cook.

Also, I would be happy to find new ways to make sweet potatoes

palatable! (lol) I'll reply via email to you (hopefully that will

work) to take the sweet potato discussion off-line.

This article mentions sleepiness as a reaction to a possible food

allergy. Other " symptoms " on the list we might be watching for are;

cravings, nausea, indigestion, diarrhea, joint pain, etc.

Something to think about.
