I had an awful week last week - I work as a doula and was called to a birth on Wednesday lunchtime but the baby wasn't actually born until Thursday night; I also had to work Friday and then teach a Childbirth Class on Saturday so I was pretty exhausted. I missed two workouts as a result. I didn't do " too " badly on the food side - had even packed some BFL bars in my bag to take to hospital, but I still succumbed to a chocolate bar at 4am to give me some energy! Anyhow, never mind, I enjoyed reading the posts about picking yourself up and starting again, so that's what I'm focusing on doing this week. Onward and upward! (or hopefully, downward lol!)
