Guest guest
Hi Rainy, My message was probably somewhat misleading, in that my symptoms are the same as everyone elses'. What was different, or maybe not, was that none of the tests my internist ran indicated RA. My initial set of hand x-rays came back " normal " , I tested negative for RF factor, all my routine blood tests were completely normal. I just kept complaining of pain, first in my hands and feet, later knees and ankles, still later hips, legs and lastly shoulders, wrists and elbows. It wasn't until the rheumatologist ordered a bone scan that the inflammation in all those areas I just mentioned showed up. I had some significant swelling that had developed in my left hand, it was really the only overt sign that I wasn't just a whiner... Suzanne [ ] Re Suzanne > Hi Suzanne, > > What are your symptoms? Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, Thank goodness it was all finally figured out. I was lucky, I was dx'd fast. Swelling first in my right knee. Once I was dx'd, every joint came into action. ~Rainy NW ----- Original Message ----- > Hi Rainy, > > My message was probably somewhat misleading, in that my symptoms are the > same as everyone elses'.
