Guest guest
Hello Marlis, Thank you, again for posting. I hope that what we do here IS change our way of eating and continue with it whether dieting or not. Like I said before, I won't be dieting, I don't need to, but I will be incorporating better foods into my diet. I've slowly been doing that over the past couple years. I have found things that I like to eat that are good for me and easy and fast to grab, which is a must for me since I can't stand long enough to cook in the kitchen. Like apples, banana's, carrots, etc. My RA is so severe that I can't exercise but I do stretching at my computer to keep from losing anymore mobility in my joints. I hope to start some sort of swimming soon. You asked what you can do? You can help support everyone here! We need that! If you have ideas for good healthy recipes, share those. Anything you can think of will help. ~Rainy [ ] Re: Weight Club > Rainy, > > Thanks, I've been on several WW lists but I'm not able to exercise > right now and it seems like everyone else is able to.
