Guest guest
Hi, I have not posted in quite a while either, but I have been reading the posts. My daughter,Ellen is 16.When she was a baby,we had the same problems. She would cry and scream in the car seat and also in the supermarket cart(I had to carry her the entire time I was grocery shopping). As soon as the car stopped and I got her out of the car seat, there was instant silence. As a result,we stopped going anywhere. Guest guest
My now 16 y/o son was similar to this as an infant/toddler. When we'd go somewhere, I had to have one hand touching him while he was in the carseat or he'd cry. He'd be in the middle of the backseat and I'd drive with my left hand, putting my right hand back to him (not easy with a 5-speed!). It was easier if his dad was driving. And I'd vacuum while holding him on my left hip, etc., etc. And he'd want to hold my hand or be touching me (or me touching him) while he went to sleep. > Hi, > I have not posted in quite a while either, but I have > been reading the posts. My daughter,Ellen is 16.When > she was a baby,we had the same problems. She would cry > and scream in the car seat and also in the supermarket > cart(I had to carry her the entire time I was grocery > shopping). As soon as the car stopped and I got her out > of the car seat, there was instant silence. As a > result,we stopped going anywhere. > > Theresa in SC > > > __________________________________________________ >
