well we were going to take my car in this morning and have them fix the hood

release cable i brought my car in a couple of months ago to fix. i called and

they said they had told me it needed a whole new cable system costing over

$200. they never told me any of this and i asked if they got my hood open,

they said yes. charged me for the oil change. 1000 miles later i can't get my

hood open. well of coarse now i am calling everywhere for parts and no on has

it in stock. so we bring my son's car in. they quoted him a price over the

phone last week. we bring it in today and gee, the whole front brakes are

gone too so they are saying a total of $450. $150 more than what we have. but

it's a big heavy car, and he only has liability so i told them to do it. i

can't let him drive around needing rotors. i would feel horrible if something

happened to him. i will just have to be really thrifty this month. after i

just spent $50 on clothes $40 on candles. then i got some medical bills for a

couple hundred, plus my primary dr gave me a dx of depression so now my

insurance will only pay 50%!!! i have 3 different appts tomorrow and now i

realize my son doesn't have his car and is supposed to work tomorrow. geez,

what else ok?!?!
