Hi Jeanne,

Remicade/infliximab is used with Methotrexate (of which I take 7.5 mg

weekly) and is given by infusion every 8 weeks after the 1st three infusions

which was given, the 1st one, then in two wks the 2nd, and the 3rd was given

in 6 wks.. I will have my 5th infusion this Friday, 4/5/02. To learn more

about it you can log on to www.remicade.com.. So far I real pleased with my

results. I have also weaned completely off of the prednisone, finally as of

March17,'02. At this time I'm not taking anything for pain unless a couple

of tylnol if I'm hurting. Usually my feet are the culprits that hurt the

worst; if I'm on them very much they ache pretty bad.
