Guest guest
Rainy, Thanks for all your efforts! Since committing to eat healthier, I've lost 12 pounds. I have 30 more pounds to loose to achieve my ideal weight. a [ ] ~Weight Club Day #1 Hello Everyone, Guess what day it is? It is the day to begin our new healthy way of eating. I hope you enjoyed yesterday. For those of you who didn't check your email yesterday, SURPRISE!, today's the day! Saturday nights are our check-ins. So, record today's date, your weight, and foods you eat. I also thought, during the night, if you want, get a measuring tape and measure bust, waist, hips, arms and legs. When inches start coming off, you'll have even more reason to celebrate besides the pounds lost. What do you think? Be sure to add notes on exercises. That's a very important part of our program. Even if all you do is stretch your arms in the morning upon waking and getting out of bed with a big yawn. I am dead serious about that! When I wake and stretch like that, it is me stretching my shoulder joints, warming up for the day, and working on not losing more mobility. It's all of those little moves we do throughout the day that will keep us all as flexible as we can be. Remember, the shower or bath is an excellent place to do that after your joints are warmed up. Toweling off can also be an exercise routine. For those who did start sooner, share your pounds lost if you are comfortable to do so. Remember, at the end of the month we will total all of the weekly pounds lost and make one monthly pounds lost for the whole group. THAT is going to be exciting! The last day of the month will be the last Saturday, so March 30th will be it. Then we start fresh the next day, which also happens to be Easter. I found it strange earlier to discover that Easter will be in March this year. Are any of you confused as to how I am deciding on where the end of the month comes and the new month begins? What I am doing is making the last Saturday of each month the end of the month even if we still have days left of that month. So, any days that are left will be the beginning of our new month even though it is still March, for example. Get it? So March 31 will be the beginning of our next month and the last day of the month will be April 27. I hope I made sense. OK everyone, I wish you ALL my best with our new adventure. I KNOW this is going to work! I know YOU can do it! I am here for you and will be rooting for you the whole way! If you feel discouraged at any point, come here, and let's talk about it! That is why we are here! ALL of us are YOUR supporters! ~Smiles, Rainy rainysu@...
Guest guest
Hello Everyone, My WW weigh ins are on Monday night, so I'll stick to that. I am down 3# this week. Which is really only 1#, since I gained last week and had to make it up, but I've now lost forever 14.4#. I hope everyone has a really good week, remember to drink the water.
