I keep sugar-free jello in the fridge, and with the different flavors I never

get tired of it.

If you've been good you can always put a dollop of whipped topping on it,

yummmmmy.

also sometimes I just have to have something crunchy so I usually grab a

lowfat graham cracker or about five vanilla waffers. I used to give my

diabetic patients this as a bedtime snack.
