Guest guest
If I remember correctly, there's an ingredient called squalene in some of these creams that has antioxidant properties. It's derived from shark liver oil, and has been mentioned as the reason for its use to reduce under-eye puffiness and wrinkles. I've heard of people using it for psoriasis and poison ivy treatment as well. Many of the ingredients you listed are also in topical skin creams. Unless bodybuilders happen to have itchy, irritated abdomens, I don't see what the use would be. I note that instructions on topical spot-reducing gels advocate " vigorous excercise " after application to produce results. That should tell us plenty.
