Thank goodness I am not in Dutch Harbor, LOL! I am in

Juneau. : ) Our weather isn't that bad here, it just

rains most of the time. (which is depressing!)

My daughter was born in Anchorage and my son here in

Juneau. I hope that they remember living here when

they are older. We are moving this summer to Soo, MI.

I just saw an awesome special on DVD about the winters

during the

crabbing season.

Wow! You have some challenges with keeping sane,

sober, and steady on

I spent 2 years living in Anchorage during the late

70s, but only flew

into Dutch Harbor for one afternoon on a mild summer

day.

Enjoy the adventure. You'll have stories to tell the

grandchildren
