You are allowed to celebrate on your birthday so don't feel bad about that. The point is, you kept your goal in mind. You had a salad the next day instead of something greasy. That is part of what we are doing here, get ourselves in the habit of eating healthy. Now, you may think you messed up on your birthday by going out for your meals all day, but you didn't! All that matters is what you ate and how much. We don't want to " diet, " we want to " change " our eating habits. You did great!!! " Happy, ~Happy~ Birthday to you, Judy!
