Still sore

Just a quick question...

Tuesday was my LBWO and I did lunges for the first time (I had been doing

squats before) and boy did I hit my 10! My quads started getting sore shortly

after my workout (usually I am not sore til the next day but sometimes I can

feel it coming on at night before bed...I always work out in the morning).

Anyway, they are STILL sore and I am supposed to do my LBWO tomorrow morning. I

am just wondering if this soreness is going to make a difference...I don't know

if they've had long enough to recover. I know the time in between is supposed

to be sufficient for recovery but are they recovered enough if I am still sore?

Usually my soreness last 1-2 days.
