Lynn,

That doctor must be on drugs. I am shocked that any doctor would say

that you're able

to work! This emotional roller coaster ride has to end somewhere very

soon. I hope

your attorney can get this settled quickly for you.

It's cold here in NJ too, and tomorrow we are supposed to get much

needed rain. But then

the weather is supposed to warm up again. We sure can't complain about

this mild winter,

but I'll be glad when summer gets here.

Hope you have a good day,

lynn, you have been through so much and you are right. you have no control of

this right now. just hang on while you go through these rapids. you are very

strong and will be able to hang on and recover when the water calms. kathy in

Hi a,

Well my attorney still hasn't called but he send me the report from the WC

doctor. I didn't read it I just put it in a draw. I think if I read it I

will get too upset and end up back in the hospital. There was a note

stating they will ask the termination notice and get back to me. I am

calling him on Tuesday and telling him I will stay home till he calls me.

I also found out that I really do need the endoscopy. I ask two questions

1. Is this something that will have to be done ever so often. I was told

to cross if we get there. I figure they don't know. 2. If there is no

scar tissue is this what I am let with. My primary told me no , he will

find me help but we need to see if it is the scar tissue or not. So I

guess March 19 is the big day.

This is so stressful doesn't help anything. I don't mean to vent but I am

so worried. I feel like everything is coming to head and I am helpless.

Lynn,

Don't let it upset you. I know that's hard to do, but it really won't

help to get upset.

Just have faith that your attorney will do his job. I expected WC to

say that all your

problems have nothing to do with the initial injury, and blame it all on

RA.

To say you can work is insane. You can't even eat let alone work, but they

can say that has nothing to do with carpal tunnel or your neck injury.

I know how worried you are. It's got to be tough. I'm hoping SS comes

through

quickly and then WC will have to follow.

Sorry about the endoscopy, but if it will help shed light, it must be

done. I'll

keep you in my prayers Lynn.

Hope you can find something good to keep your mind off of those idiots.

Hello Lynn,

Today I wish I had all the answers for those not doing

great or understanding things, like the legal

business.

And my job for years with the attorney was different

than most, I was married to him.

I would just even in your own handwritting write a

note to the attorney telling him he needs to call you.

I would go so far as to give a list of days and times.

Thank him for his time, tell him he needs to contact

you or you may have no choice but to give your case to

another attorney. Above all use the word may or

might.

Not my ex but most attorneys have a heart attack all

their own if they think " there goes my money!! " .

Sure calling the office works for a time. But he may

not really be there and the reason I was taken off the

phones was once they called enough all of a sudden the

attorney was in a 6 week trial out of state. I

thought I fixed them, but in the end the attorney

wasn't a happy camper.

My prayers are with you,

Sheri

Hi June,

I have had a terrible time here trying to get social security. It has

been almost 6 years. But losing the file is unbelievable.

How are you feeling? I try to read all the post but I have been so upset

that my mind seems to only think about ss or worker compensation. Thank

you for your note,

Lynn

told you can work makes absolutely no sense atall. It is just terrible what

you have been put through. It must be entirely different in Canada since I

have heard of having to have an attorney to get SS. Although, just recently

they changed our disability tax credit which knocked hundreds of people off

being able to claim it.I am fortunate that my GP fills out the form saying

I am disabled and could not walk the 400 meters that determines whether you

are eligible.

so far nothing though. My answering machine is always on so if he calls I

will know. Thank so much for your help, I appreciate it.

i got a letter from my atty yesterday. they have closed my case, they said my

son would not get benefits under me because he gets more collecting from his

father who died 9 years ago. also went to my fp said my triglycerides were

high and i needed to exercise more. told him about my muscle spasms and he

told me to take effexor and buspar. i didn't sleep at all last night and what

a headache!!! so i guess that won't work either. says my white count is high

from prednisone. tried to tell him it has been high for 7 years, but he wants

me off and the rheumi said it is fine?!?!? i know i feel better on it, even

if this is what the rash is from. my son is still draining from his surgery

and has been through almost 100 gauze pkgs since friday. had to shovel about

10 " of snow and ice over the weekend, spasms in m,y back and bopy did my arms

hurt. hope to sleep some tonight as i am NOT a napper. kathy in il

Most lawyers aren't to great at returning phone calls, especially when

they are not for good news.

Maybe he'd have better luck if he concentrated on SS instead of WC. If

you don't think he

understands what your situation is, it might be a good idea to let him

know. It may not make

a difference, but maybe he'd be better at returning phone calls.

Winter is finally here, and I don't like it very much! The only good

thing about it is cooking soup

and smelling my bread machine make fresh bread! I don't know how I'm

ever going to try

a gluten free diet when I love bread so much.

I'm keeping you in my prayers Lynn. I hope you hear from him soon.

hugs,

a
