Guest guest
Hi ya . Yes was down for awhile. I used to get warned that they were closing for maintenance, but for some reason they stopped notifying us that they are going down. I've been loosing messages without 's help! At least we finally got our computers networked so that Jimmy & I can both be on at the same time. He was really cutting into my internet time! I've tried the elliptical trainers at the gym and they kicked my butt big time. It made me realize what bad shape I am in. I have no stamina at all. Maybe I'll think about investing in one. A treadmill is definitely to much impact on my knees. I need to preserve my knee replacements! I am not expecting any miracles by the radical changes I've made in my diet. I just want to eliminate as many chemicals that I can for the benefit of my immune system. I've never been a fan of processed foods, but used some because they are easy. I can't stop thinking that if 20% of us have food intolerance and could be completely cured by stopping the offending food, that means 60 out of this group wouldn't be sick anymore. That's a lot of people! To me it's worth trying. I love the way I'm eating, but I can't say my family is to thrilled. My son would eat a cow a day if he had his way LOL! And he'd NEVER eat a vegetable! I miss dairy a lot. I cheat with pizza once every other wee, but I used to put cheese on everything. Yea it makes me sad that walking hurts. If ankles were more successful, I'd be first in line. I hope you're feeling better. hugs, a wrote: > Hello, a! > > Glad is back now.
