It is a book for lay men and women to promote the " kettlebell challenge " and is informative on the execution of the various techniques with helpful information. Despite what was said in the posting on the kettlebell by the article in Weightlifting Yearbook execution of the lifts can be tricky without pointers versus using a dumbbell. He does a good job of introducing the kettlebells to the weightlifting public [not OL] and I find them very beneficial in my training. Looking back over some 'Muscle Mags' of the '50s and '60s a kettlebell handle was always included with the purchase of the 110# set.
