Guest guest
I just wanted to commend you for pushing on despite seeing no weight loss on the scale. Are your portions the correct size? You may want to track your calories for a week or so using a program like fitday. Hussman reccomends writing everything down that you eat on an index card so that you can be accountable for every single morsel of food that you eat. Finally, you may want to add more cardio to your schedule. Hussman reccomends 20 minutes of moderate cardio after your Cardio HIIT and/or adding 30 min of moderate cardio on your freeday. I hope this helps. Finally, maybe you do need a fat burner to help get those last couple of pounds off... > > Good morning everyone. On Friday I begin week 12. Guest guest
Couldnt help but notice you mentioned the possibilty of adding 30 min of cario on your free day. I think thats a totally good idea. I mean, for me, my cardio is so friggin intense on cardio days that i couldnt see doing anymore. But on a free day? Thats a cool thought. I've been kinda wanting to do that since the beginning, but I kept reading in the BFL book where Bill says " you must not work out " (on your free day.) It couldnt hurt, though, could it? Thanks, ~~~Aliza~~~ Re: 12 weeks and NO loss I just wanted to commend you for pushing on despite seeing no weight loss on the scale. Are your portions the correct size? Guest guest
Yeah, throw out your scale. Means nothing. Use your clothing size, the tape measure, or bodyfat calipers to guage your progress. And I would check your portion sizes and the intensity of your training. - > > Good morning everyone. Guest guest
Thanks for all the replies. I have been tracking my calories. I was toying with increasing my calorie intake a couple of weeks agao since the intesity of my cardio went up and I didn't want my body to go into starvation mode. I think I was a case of too much too soon. So I have dropped my calories to 1550 again (from 1700) I think someone had mentioned going by how my close fit. Unfortunately I'm the exact same size and using the measuring tape I've barely lost 1/4 inch. What's this about fat burners? > > > > Good morning everyone. On Friday I begin week 12.
