I have my scales ready and my chart done. I, personally,will probably try to just eat smaller meals with more vegetables and get on the treadmill daily. Mark down Sunday's date, your weight, and GOOOOO! Please, any suggestions of keeping track and keeping track of what, speak up. Oh, I suggest we write down what we eat as well.
