Roasted Green Beans

These were sooo good, that I just have to share it with someone.

1 pound green beans, trimmed & washed

onion, sliced (optional)

garlic, peeled and sliced (optional)

olive oil

salt

balsamic vinegar (optional)

roasted red pepper slices (optional)

- preheat oven to 400

- spray olive oil on a baking sheet

- spread beans, onion & garlic on baking sheet

- spray with oil, and season with salt

- bake for about 20-30 minutes (totally depends on how you like them; I

like them when they start to get shrivelly)

- eat warm, cold or room temperature

I just had them with garlic and onion; the aroma was soooo enticing in the

house.

That recipe works for all veggies. Try it with broccoli and cauliflower and

carrots!
