Guest guest
This is the Joyce that doesn't write often(Hi !). I had the same lump on the top of my sternum. It didn't get quite that big.I had been doing a lot of moving and cleaning at the time. This was like 10 years ago.One night I was worried enough to go to urgent care where they x-rayed it. That doc and my rheumatologist both said it was from the RA.It went away in a month or so but got a little hot and tender a few times after that. My dad who also had RA had the same thing happen to him.His never went completely away. I wonder if it is a nodule. I cant remember all the details.I just know they said it was no big deal and to use cold compresses when it was hurting. It would also be wise to quit doing whatever aggravated it in the first place. I would still get it checked but not panic. By the way, mine was hard, not soft and didn't feel swollen,it just felt like the bone in there were growing. Guest guest
Thanks for your input on this one, Joyce. It's very good to hear from you - I've missed you. My son was riding on his scooter today and I thought of you! Re: [ ] Rainy and lump > This is the Joyce that doesn't write often(Hi !).
