Guest guest Posted February 13, 2006 Report Share Posted February 13, 2006 As I was looking thru my saved quotes, this one at the top of the page popped out at me, " A year from now you may wish you had started today " This can of course apply to anything, but I thought what a great motivating quote for getting healthy. What will you be doing a YEAR from now? Will you change your lifestyle to stay healthy and fit? Or will you 'go back' to your old ways once you have achieved your weight goals? Will you set new fresh goals to keep you on track to a better self? Will you start this day, week, month and give up before you begin to make real changes? Do you fear to change? Where do YOU want to be in a year from now?
