Guest guest
Hello again! It's Jeanne in Ohio...still no diagnosis. I wanted to thank you all for your initial replies to my posts. Sorry, I've fallen behind in getting back to each of you personally. It is Spring break for my girls and we've been keeping a busy agenda. I have 3 girls...Gretchen's 6.5 yrs., Kendall just turned 5 and liese is 2 next month. Tomorrow I see my PCP to review my blood work taken last week. Here's where my questions come in... What should I be looking for her to tell me? Isn't there an RA test factor in the blood? What is a " normal " number...what is considered high? I'd like to come armed with info. Any other tests that have big indicators? More symptom ?s... I have chills when I get what I'm thinking are " flares " . Can't get warm. Is this familiar with any of you? Extreme fatigue seems to be right in line with everyone. And then I get the scleritis in my eye. Most days I have what I would call " twingy pains " in just about all my joints. Nothing that keeps me from getting on with the matters at hand. Elbows are worst. What about always waking with a stiff neck and muscles of upper back??? That and the bottoms of my feet are ALWAYS stiff in the morning. Hmmmm? Well, I guess that's all for now. Thanks again everyone for extending such a warm and caring welcome. I am so glad I found this group. I am also a member of a group for parents of children with a condition called craniosynostosis. Our youngest was born with this condition where the skull suture fuses prematurely leading to skull deformity if not corrected. She had surgery last May and is doing awesome!! That group was my lifeline. Now I have YOU!! Thanks again!! Smiles, Jeanne Toledo, Ohio
