At my last rheumy appt I got a chart on pain and those are the EXACT same faces on my chart, in fact, the ones on the site were reprinted with permission by the people who did my chart. Below I will add the words that go under each smiley. Smiley #1 - No Hurt Smiley #2 - Hurts Little Bit Smiley #3 - Hurts Little More Smiley #4 - Hurts Even More Smiley #5 - Hurts Whole Lot Smiley #6 - Hurts Worse Go and print up or draw those smileys on the link below and add the above words to them for your use and to take to your doc appts. The scale I have on the same chart is as follows: 0-None 1 2-Annoying/Mild 3 4-Troublesome/Moderate 5 6-Miserable/Severe 7 8-Excruciating/Very Severe 9 10-Unbearable/Worst Possible {{Hugs}} ~Rainy rainysu@...
