I do this too, grab an apple. The other night I wanted something sweet, so I

grabbed my last apple. I need to get more!

As I was trying to fall asleep last night, I thought of something else,

popcorn! If you eat that without salt and butter, you can eat as much as you

want! I sometimes find that I want to eat just bcs I am bored. Popcorn is

great for that. It gives you something to reach for, besides put in your

mouth. It cures the boredom.

I also like yogurt, string cheese (but eat only one), pickles. I like the

easy things to grab. All fresh fruits.

What do you like to eat that is fast and healthy? I pose this question to

everyone.
