Guest guest
Yes, M'am... I'm a lifetimer and point counter and I feel good knowing that this program is well within my WW guidelines. I'm actually eating more points than they recommend for weightloss but it's balanced by my workouts (earning those activity points). I don't follow it formally now but I did for the first few weeks. And, I still have to go weigh in there every month! That reminds me... Many many of the recipes I used while on WW I use for BFL, sometimes I just lower the carbs in it (using less rice in soup, or less potatoes, etc). And, I add a protein to each meal and everything is great. WW taught me how to enjoy food in a controlled, healthy fashion and for that I'll be eternally grateful. BFL will help me get the body I've always wanted. ;-) Good luck with your program! Jami Message: 9 Date: Mon, 27 Feb 2006 19:16:13 -0000 From: " Alanna " <alanna_bologna@...> Subject: Hello! Hi, I'm a newbie to this group. I'm very interested in utilizing BFL to get into great shape. I've noticed that the diet part of BFL for women is *very* close to The Core Plan on Weight Watchers. I'm curious to know if anyone else here has noticed the same or is trying to work both programs at once. Thanks in advance. --------------------------------- Bring photos to life!
