Guest guest
I am not experienced enough to be able to calculate the fat from your menu. You can either log the data into a program such as Fitday, or to a little manual calculation and easily see the fat. Remember that each gram of fat = 9 calories Just glancing at it - Meal 1 is low Meal 2 is low Meal 3 is totally unknown Meal 4 is good or maybe high Meal 5 is low Meal 6 is low Soooo, my guess is that your fat is low and that's why you're hungry. Anyone else have any ideas? n At 06:10 PM 3/7/2006, you wrote: >n, > I'm not sure how much fat I'm getting, I usually track calories but > haven't tracked fat. > Here's today for example > Meal > 1 - oatmeal with 1/2 scoop protein powder > 2- 1/2 c cottage cheese, yoplait ff yogurt > 3- Healthy Choice meal, side salad w/lite italian, sunflower seeds > 4- 2 pc laughing cow cheese, grapefruit > 5- tuna filet, brown rice, veggie > 6- low carb shake or cottage cheese/pumpkin pie recipe > > I never thought much about fat... any feedback would be appreciated! > heather
