Guest guest
Marlis, I hope you don't get down on yourself again even if you gain weight! Just try your best to eat healthier and the weight loss will come. It isn't easy, but neither is living with rheumatic diseases. Congratulations on the loss! Your feet and knees will appreciate every lost pound! a [ ] Weigh In & Rainy Last week I did bad and gained 1 lb. I was very down on myself so I didn't post, but I overcame this week and lost 1.5 lb. It wasn't what I wanted to see, but it was better than a gain. Rainy....For the monthly total when does that begin and end. I'm sorry I didn't keep up better. I hope everyone is doing well. Keep drinking the H20, Marlis

Guest guest
a, Thanks, I know I should not be hard on myself, but I had not eaten anything bad for me, so it was disappointing that I had gained and not enjoyed it. I've come a long way, I've dropped one pant size and am on the verge of dropping another, 5 more lbs and I should be there, then I'll have lots of different things to wear. This will help boost me, because right not my weight loss is not very noticeable to anyone but me. When I can fit into those 12's, people should start noticing. I need to start walking but my feet are still swelling and they hurt. Take care, Marlis > Marlis, > I hope you don't get down on yourself again even if you gain weight! > Just try your best to eat healthier and the weight loss will come. Guest guest
Now that does stink that you didn't even enjoy any special treats! You sound like you have the determination to get to your desired weight, so I'm sure you will succeed. a [ ] Re: Weigh In & Rainy a, Thanks, I know I should not be hard on myself, but I had not eaten anything bad for me, so it was disappointing that I had gained and not enjoyed it. Guest guest
Hi Marlis, I will total the monthly scores on the last Saturday of each month, which means part of the previous month will be in the total. For example, this month the total will be from March 31 to April 27. Keep up the good work! Don't beat yourself up for gaining! Besides, that isn't much and it could just be water retention. ~Rainy [ ] Weigh In & Rainy > Last week I did bad and gained 1 lb.
