Guest guest Posted January 31, 2006 Report Share Posted January 31, 2006 On my first few challenges, I had a FREE DAY. On the next few challenges, I had a FREE MEAL. My beginning weight was 205 lbs. at a size 20. Starting this challenge I was 175 and size 14/16. I am really motivated to get the job done by this summer, so I have decided to have two free spoonfuls of whatever ONE item I want during the week, or one free meal with VERY SMALL PORTIONS. It's working for me. I don't obsess about it, but I am totally committed to seeing great results with this and the next challenge. I am looking forward to eventually being at my goal and kicking up the free day at that point. It is a nice fantasy that keeps me on track right now. M.
