Guest guest
bread-machine/ is specifically bread machines. There is another one called bread-recipes bread-recipes-subscribe that is for both machines and hand made. Both are very interesting. I have a fantastic recipe for oatmeal honey bread that my family just can't get enough of that I found at allrecipies.com 1 cup warm water 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I used olive oil) 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup rolled oats 2 1/3 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon yeast Put ingredient sin bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer Select light crust or basic setting. When the machine beeps, I check the consistency to see if more flour or water is needed. Normally I have to add a tablespoon or 2 just to make it right. I expected to see little pieces of oatmeal in the bread, but there isn't any. It just blends in with the bread. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do! a Re: [ ] bread machine a, What bread machine list? Guest guest
When do you remove the bread? When I used my machine I would take it out as soon as it was done and it would come out easily. I think the steam being produces allows it to just come right out. ?? renee030670@... wrote: I bake my own bread and my son loves it. I use my bread machine and I love that because you just set it and forget it. But I have a terrible time getting the bread out of the machine and sometimes succeed in ripping the whole bottom out of the bread. It is sometimes so torn up that it just goes to pieces while you try to slice it and I end up using it for something else like stuffing. So I guess to get to my question: Is there some trick to getting the bread out of the machine or should I get a new machine, and if I should get a new machine is there a certain brand that any of you recomend? Guest guest
same for me, i put on the oven mits and shake that pan imeidately when it is finished until and it comes out pretty quickly. If you have washed your bread pan with abrasive cleaners over the years, or if the dishwasher has pitted the non-stick surface, you might need a new pan or machine. -jja lvchefmel <lvchefmel@...> wrote: When do you remove the bread?
