social security OT

Hi Guys,

I hope today finds everyone feeling well. I think the diet club is a

great idea. It is always easier to diet when you have other people

involved with you. Everybody with the same goal. I wish all of you

success.

I wanted to let you know that my attorney actually called me yesterday,

what a surprise. It seems my social security has just been sitting around

on a desk. Also, there is a lot of stuff missing out of the file. The

woman who is now my case worker can not believe what a mess it all is. She

also stated that the file is so large, she just found out it will be

getting much larger. Her and the attorneys secretary are getting friendly

so it looks like things will start moving. My attorneys secretary or

assistant whatever she is told her that we have been waiting for long and

that I need the social security. She told me she will call her next

Thursday to make sure everybody is doing what they are suppose to be doing.

Once the file is together it goes to the judge. So maybe we are talking

a May or June hearing. The women said she is going to do her best to get

this moving along.

The attorney said this is good news. I ask her what happened to the file

and where could the rest be. She told me they don't even know what state

it is in. Thank goodness she called there and was able to get this woman's

name. So now I will just light candles and pray. I have been involved

with this for 6 years. This woman didn't even have the last letter when I

was refused, my attorney had to send it to her. Just thought I would let

you know.
