Hi Ladies,

It has been a while since I have posted an update. This time last year I was

doing my first BFL challenge and actually completed the 12 full weeks. I was

married, 167 lbs and a size 12 last spring and was still adjusting to a huge

move from the East coast to the West coast.

This spring I am happy to report I just bought a size six jeans yesterday and

am down to 153 lbs! I am also in a new apartment much closer to work and no

longer married to the toxic relationship I was in.

Some of you may remember I was dealing with a mixed religion marriage which

had ultimately lead me to BFL.

I started off this new year in the right direction and am right on target with

my goals. I joined a new gym last week and am excited to get back on schedule.

I remember my goal was to fit into a new swimsuit I had bought for last

season. I am happy to say that this season I will happily be wearing that suit!

In the process of moving forward I am now dating an incredible man who has the

same spirituality that I have, he lets me be myself and we are completely in

harmony and have a fascinating connection. The kind of connection that I was

never able to grasp in the marriage I just left.

He has minimal body fat and a fantastic six pack. He used to be in body

building and is very up to speed on nutrition and health. For Valentines he

made me a card..... he is a professional photographer and happily posed as a

Chippendale would in a special photo just for me...... ladies..... I am in

heaven..... he is a slice of GQ.

I really just want to share the thought process of dreams and will power.....

I have made so many changes in the past two years and they are all for the

better. Taking charge of my own happiness was the best thing I ever did. It

completely allowed me to focus on my health and my goals and I feel very

successful and at peace at where I am now. It wasn't easy getting here but it

was well worth the effort and the challenge that I gave myself.

I continue to enjoy the success and the correspondence of this group and wish

all of you the best on your journey!

Blessings and prayers,
