New to Group: Have Scleritis&Joint Pain

Hi Everyone!

This is my first post. I just found out I have scleritis in my left

eye. My opthamologist wants me to see a Rheumatologist asap. He said

50% of patients that present with recurrent and painful scleritis

(this is my 4th occurance) have an underlying autoimmune disease.

Has anyone ever had scleritis? I am also experiencing alot of

travelling joint pain. It is mostly in my elbows, wrists and ankles.

Any info would be greatly appreciated! So glad I found this group!
