Guest guest
I tried St. 's Wort once. I took it for about a month. It made me worse. I was so irritable and moody that my friends begged me to stop taking it. I did. But I know people who took it and had a big improvement. Every body is different. Studies don't have that big of an impact on me anymore. I like to talk to people and ask their personal experience. This gives me more information than studies. Many of the people conducting these studies are looking for personal gain or to promote their companies. Just my opinion. Guest guest
I don't know how true it is, but I was reading Eat Right For Your Blood type, and it says that some blood types can't take St 's Wort because it make them worse. I wonder how true it is. I share your opinions on these studies. The only good thing that has recently been changed is that now these study results must tell who is paying for them, so we can get a better idea if financial motivation is a major factor. I read them all with interest. a Re: [ ] Herb Found Ineffective for Moderate Depression I tried St. 's Wort once. I took it for about a month. It made me worse.
