Hello Carol & Welcome,

I am glad to have you here and please know we are all here to support you.

Remember we aren't looking at this as dieting. What we are doing is eating

healthier and making a like long change. That is so important esp when we

have such chronic diseases and I believe that eating better will help you

feel better as well.
