Guest guest
Thanks ,now why couldn't I explain nodules like this? lol As most of you know,I have had them removed from ,y elbow many times and they do come back. Mine have never bothered me except for leaning on my elbows, then it is uncomfortable. The one on the side of my foot was removed in day surgery because it was pressing against any shoe I wore. So far, it does not show signs of coming back. I am wondering if anyone has heard of the non invasive surgery for removing bunions. I have heard it is about $1500. I had one surgically removed about 4 years ago but now it is back and very painful. I am too busy to take time for an operation right now because so many of our patient partners are either having surgery or in a flare and it takes too long to recover from the regular debridement type surgery. I would be interested in anyone's input. The bottom of my foot has been opened and drained for the 3rd time but this time it feels different, sort of like it is no longer stinging, which I hope means it is okay. Now for confession time! I had a late breakfast with my neighbour,so as I decided to sit at the computer,I swallowed a Percocet and poured myself a glass of white wine. I had a choice of wine or whine and chose wine. Now don't do as I do,it is probably a very bad idea, however In spite of meds I still have not given up my one glass of wine each day. a,I didn't realize you had been taking Enbrel for so long. I have noticed an improvement in my energy level but honestly can't say it is doing much else. Hugs June along with extra (((((((((hugs))))))))) for those suffering today
Guest guest
June, I started Enbrel in December of 1998 shortly after it was approved. I'm in my 4th year, but it's really 3 full years. I couldn't explain nodules like this either, but the article made me understand them better. I haven't heard of the non invasive bunion surgery, but I'll see what I can find. I had mine done, but it didn't come back thank goodness. Hope you're having a nice weekend. a june dixon wrote: > Thanks ,now why couldn't I explain nodules like this? lol As most > of you know,I have had them removed from ,y elbow many times and they > do come back.
