Guest guest
Carol I have been told that you should never go below a 1200 calorie diet so be care with your dieting. I also know a free website that helps you keep track of what youve been eating or want to eat, it tells you the amount of proteins, fats, carbs and calories. You can also enter in your own foods, it analyzes your recipes. The website is www.dietsite.com it helps to keep take of what you are eating. I was given this web address when I was diagnosed with diebetes by the dietitian. They also say that when your dieting your food needs to taste good and not leave you hungry or your dieting won't work because as anyone who has dieted knows we like food. Hope this helps, I know it has helped me alot. in WA Carol <carol@...> wrote: ---------------------------------

Guest guest
Just to butt in a little bit, I wanted to add that people like us with various diseases have to get a good mix of healthy foods in order to absorb the vitamins and minerals even if we take supplements. Supplements have to be taken with real food to actually be effective. Anyway good luck! -Meghan > > > > --------------------------------- >
Guest guest
Don't worry, Carol. You've made a lot of progress already. Holding steady is just fine. Guest guest
Carol, Last week I didn't loose any and I didn't stray from my diet. This week I lost only a pound, but at least I lost. I hope your loss is a big one. It's strange how some weeks we don't lose even though we eat so well. Keep up the good work. a [ ] Saturday Weigh-in I'm disappointed to report that in spite of sticking to 1100 calories this week, I've lost NO weight! Hopefully next week will be a big week. Have a great weekend, everyone! Carol in FL
Guest guest
Excellent Eileen! A maintain is a fabulous way to end this period with the weight on your shoulders (no pun intended) of clearing out mom's house, etc. Hoping and praying that now all is well, family is healthy and you will be able to do what you need to do: get back on exercise, eating right and taking your supplements. The scale has *got* to start being kind to you, dear friend! Happy Easter, have a great week! See what's free at AOL.com.
