Guest guest
Hi everyone, Undifferentiated Collagen Vascular Disease is what my Rhuemy is calling my disease. He says it is a Lupus like disease, but that I don't fit the criteria for the actual diagnosis. I have done a little research on this disease and read that eventually I will probably have RA or Lupus although it seems I have a lot of the symptoms already. Will it only get worse? Currently I am on 40 mg Prednisone and have been for 3 weeks. I don't go back for another 2 weeks and he hopes to start tapering my dosage down and introducing possibly Plaquenil. (Thank goodness!) The Prednisone has helped with all of my joints except my feet. The peripheral neuropathy continues! If anyone has any personal experience with this disease or just any input, I would be grateful. Thanks. Deb Toms PA
