Hi ,

I'm okay just tired and worried. My hearing is on Wednesday, my Rheumy

sent the attorney a very strong letter that I am unable to ever work.

However, we are waiting for the letter from my primary. He is terrible

about paper work, what I can't understand is what is taking so long.

Chances are he won't get it to us in time. We don't need it but it would

have been. I can't figure him, he has become more of a friend. We e-mail

each other all the time with funny stuff. My daughter even spoke to him

about this, it is not the first time this has happened. I am completely

stressed about Wednesday. It is all on me now and how I do. It has been a

very long road. WC judge can stop my income for 3 to 9 months and this is

not helping things. The attorney explained that I was in a life

threatening situation and that is one reason we stopped treatment. ,

do you think carpal tunnel and a pinched nerve in the neck could just go

away as the wc doctor claims. He works for the insurance company. I see

the new ortho on Friday, don't even know if he will take me on as a

patient. Right now I need prayers.

I had a nice quiet Mother Day. The girls and I went out for lunch and

that was nice. stopped in and Ricky called. You know when they

marry it is a little different. I think (not sure) they had to go to the

Mother In Laws and that is fine. As long as they call I don't have a

problem with it all. I know what I mean to my kids and that is enough.

However, I have mentioned that since I was mother and father we should

celebrate father's day. I could use more gifts!!!!!!! They just laughed

at me and said sure. hehe I have a nice family.

gosh lynn i can understand why you are so nervous. it is a big day for you. i

am going to my dr tomorrow basically to kick him in the butt to get this

letter out. my parents were hoping they'd make a decision on my disablilty

before the next cobra payment. my appt with eeoc is thurs the 23rd.

thankfully mine is a telephone interview so i don't have to go to chicago.

now i've got the butterflies for you. i truly hope the judge see's all your

When's the last time you spoke with the primary? Please call or email

him ASAP and remind him how important his input is to your case and what

is at stake. What did he say when your daughter spoke to him? I hope he

doesn't let you down.

Is that what the WC doctor said? That your carpal tunnel and pinched

nerve don't exist? I'm not sure I understand.

I'm glad you had a quiet, good day yesterday. I certainly do think you

should be honored on Father's Day, too! After all, you've done both jobs

very well.

Hang in there, Lynn. We'll be lighting a lot of candles for you and

praying on Wednesday.

well i cancelled my appt today. i got a very upsetting e-mail from my cousin

who is in a very bad relationship situation. i called my rheumi and she has

written a letter but it is still being transcribed. i asked for a copy, but

she said all she had noted was to send it to my company. that was kinda

wierd. they always copy me. kathy in il

Hi Kathy,

Thank you for lightning the candle, right now prayers are the best way. I

would like to kick my doctor in the butt. I have known him for forty

years, I was just a kid when I started going to him. That is what is so

hard to understand, there is a history here. I will pray and hope the

judge is kind.

Gine,

While the judge is making up her mind if I am disabled from the work

injury or RA, she has the legal right to stop my checks. It would take 3

to 9 months for her to decide. WC does everything very slowly.

I spoke to him on Saturday and laid all the cards on the table. So he

knows how important his note is. He even said after talking to me, he felt

he should make his note stronger, that I can not work.

WC doctor says I am disabled but not from the injury. Apparently they are

gone, don't know were they went. The problem is they know I can't work,

they just don't want to pay for it. I could even loss the settlement. It

is all such a mess. The attorney said that the Rheumy's letter was so

strong that we really don't need the primaries but it would be better to

have it. I just don't understand, I wonder how he would feel if it was his

income. If I just met him, maybe I could understand but to go back forty

years, I don't get it.

Thank you , for your help, all we can do now is pray. I so wish

this nightmare would end. Have a nice quiet night.
