Guest guest
This is for all of you having difficulty with your SSI claims. My attorney has asked me to give his name and phone number to anyone who has questions or problems. He would like to help. Not only is he my attorney, but also a family friend. He has helped me greatly in the past. My disability claim was approved in 3 months from the time it was filed. He is offering his assistance to anyone in the U.S.. C. Jerome Moschetta 78 East Beau Street Washington, PA 15301 724-222-6906 He has also mentioned that if anyone would rather have him call them, he would be more than happy to help in that way. I am not advertising for him. I believe that he truly cares and wants to help people in any way that he can. Stacey in PA

Guest guest
We have started the process for SSI for our 3yo AS daughter. We are still waiting for everyone to review all of her records, but I'm beginning to have doubts . I know it varies by state and probably by worker as to who gets what (it seems so unfair) but I'll let you know what happens. - C. Mom to Cassie 15 PCOS, Austin 13 ADHD and a 3 HFA/AS & SPD/SID ( ) SSI help Do you get SSI for Asperger's? I am looking into this and wondering about it. I have looked at the SS website and it looks as if Jake will qualify. I am a single mom and cannot find work due to Jake has to be picked up at 3pm. LAWDY let's don't even think of disrupting that to go to an after school daycare. They don't have after school programs at his school. (small town) Any thoughts? Thanks! Guest guest
Good advice. I always tell people to apply for SSI and SSDI at the same time. They usually approve one or the other. On appeal, of course. Dave Re: ( ) SSI help You can definitely apply. SSI is generally household income based and disability dependant. I alway tell families when filling out the applications to describe your child on their worst day. Pam
