Guest guest
Hello everyone! Just some notes from my experiences regarding some posts ... (1) I have worn glasses since the 6th grade but my eyes didn't change much during college ... until my last semester. A bout of uvitis (like pink eye) was the catalyst for my arthritis. 6 months later I had to get bifocals & my eyes have been getting worse every year. I get the " halo effect " as well, mostly at night. My doctors can't confirm if it's from the uvitis, arthritis, meds or was just going to happen anyway. Sorry I can't be much help, but you're not alone. (2) I find massage wonderful for arthritis! I have tried several massage therapists and have a wonderful one in DC that I try to see every other month. Also, if your doctor supports complimentary therapy, he/she can write a prescription for it and you can declare it with your medical expenses (perfectly legal). Take care, RAA/AS __________________________________________________
