HI everyone!

I know that I do not post very often, but I will today hoping that this info

may help some.

Jeanne, the symtoms that you discribe sound just like a condition that I

also am suffering

from, it is called Costochondritis. It is very painful. I have not had a bad

flare up with

it in a few years, but this past week I have been sick and coughing alot,

and it flared up.

You may want to ask your Dr about it. Some people have it mild, and some

suffer with it

greatly for years. This is the worst flare up that I have had.

Here is a link to explain it some.

Hope that you feel better soon!

-- [ ] Aches and Pains in My Ribcage

Hi Guys!

I haven't posted in a week. I have a new symptom that has developed

over the last 4 days. I have been having very achey/pains in my lower

ribs and a tight feeling up underneath. I can breathe fine and it

doesn't hurt any more when I breathe in deep. Any of this sound

familiar? I had plurisy as a teen...it's not that, unless it's a v.

mild case. Just thought I'd ask. Not going to the Rheumy til June

10th and I'm not on any meds at this time.

Thanks!

Hope you all have a great day!

Smiles,

Jeanne in Ohio

Bless your heart for replying to me. I will definitely mention this

to my Rheumy at my first appointment in June. Sure sounds like

costochondritis!

Hope you're having a better day!

Smiles,

Jeanne in Ohio :)
