Guest guest
or anyone who might help, I need info. In Oct. some of you might remember about my honey falling off the roof, and getting a fx. skull and a massive brain hemorhage. Well, since that time he has recovered 99% and for that I am very thankful but recently, he is experiencing low temps and he is extremly cold alot of the time. He used to always be hot and keep the a/c turned up. But he also is tired and doesn't want to do much. I wondered if any of this might be related to his injury. Just looking for answers. Thanks for any info. Judy in Indy
Guest guest
Judy, Head injuries can cause a multitude of problems that can linger. I hope your DH's symptoms are temporary. This site has a lot of information about post head injury symptoms and it mentions temperature fluxuations: http://www.emedicine.com/pmr/topic108.htm I don't know what part his head was injured, but if it involved the Hypothalamus, that is the area that controls temperature. This site has a chart that shows the different areas of the brain and what they affect. http://www.waiting.com/brainfunctwo.html It's a really good idea to call the doctor and let them know about this continued problem. They may want to do a brain scan. I'm glad he has recovered so well and hope he continues to 100%. a > or anyone who might help, I need info. > In Oct. some of you might remember about my honey falling off the roof, and > getting a fx. skull and a massive brain hemorhage.
