Anyone that knows anything about RA knows that each day varies as far as what you can do. They also know that we pay dearly for doing some things that are hard for us. Don't do anything until you talk to your lawyer. He will know what to do. Just becareful until you talk to him. Isn't there someone in his office who can advise you????? Guest guest Posted May 24, 2002 Report Share Posted May 24, 2002 well my fun continured today. just in another area!!! today i had drain problems and had to be rooted. $210 later!! then of coarse you have to move all the stuff, mop up the mess, put it all back. clean everyything else. plus i went to the foot dr, jewel and aldi!! man is my body sore!!! It seems funny that there are now anti-stalking laws, but you really have few options when a corporation wants to film you to take away your insurance or income. It stills seems like stalking to me. My ex would sit in his car across the street from the house for hours at a time and if I would look out or go out of the house, he would stare and sometimes hold up a gun so that I could see that he had one. The police said that since it was a four lane highway and a major roadway in the area, that there really wasn't much that could be done. They would have to catch him in the act. Of course, he had a scanner and ran when he heard they were coming. He actually tried to cut my phone lines and hook up a wire tap to them, but one of " his friends " warned me ahead of time. What you are going through is definately harrassment or at the least, stalking. It is making you mentally exhausted, which, in turn aggravates your medical condition. Maybe if you explain this to your attorney, they can do something to stop it. Mention that you would be willing to take legal action because they are causing your condition to worsen due to the stress of the situation and you plan to demand big bucks for their actions, then see if they continue.
